You will need the following ingredients:
16 slices of whole grain bread (or any sliced bread of your choice)
16 teaspoons of mayonnaise or you could also use a lite sour cream
24 pieces of bacon
half a lettuce
16 slices of tomato (4 tomatoes)
3-4 ripe avocados
Black pepper to taste
- In a non-stick pan cook bacon till nice and crispy once cooked put on paper towel and let sit
- Toast slices of bread
- Slice tomatoes
- Peel,pit and slice avocados
- With the half lettuce tear up leave with hands into big piece
- Arrange each sandwich:bottom slice of toasted bread add 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise 2 slices of bacon,2 slices of tomato,3-4 slices of avocado or as much a you like,top with torn up lettuce leafs and finish off with fresh cracked pepper and top slice bread, slice and serve!! :-)
