Avocado and Mango with Walnut Salad Dressing

2 Avocados
2 Mangos
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp French Mustard
1 tbsp thickened cream
Crushed walnuts
Crisp bacon pieces
- Dice bacon and cook until crisp (or alternatively use prepacked bacon pieces).
- Peel and remove the seeds from the avocados and mangos.
- Slice the avocados and mangos into medium sized wedges.
- Alternate mango and avocado wedges onto a platter working in a spiral direction from the outside in, until the platter is covered.
- Sprinkle the walnut pieces and the bacon pieces onto the avocado and mango.
- In a jar mix the olive oil, lemon juice, French mustard and thickened cream.
- Shake well to combine.
- Just before serving pour the dressing mixture over the platter contents.
