Mighty Manly Meatballs

1 avocado, peeled, seeded, mashed
½ x 200g ctn hommus
400g pork mince
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ brown onion, coarsely chopped
1 egg, lightly whisked
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Combine the pork mince, breadcrumbs, onion, and egg in a large bowl. Roll tablespoons of meatball mixture into balls and place on a plate.
- Place the meatballs on a baking tray and cook for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.
- Combine the avocado and hommus in a medium bowl and serve as dipping sauce
You can combine all the above ingredients with chopped parsley and halved cherry tomatoes and stuff in pita bread pockets.
To avoid the meatballs crumbling, cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes before cooking.
