Prawn and Dill Guacamole

300g cooked peeled prawns, thinly sliced
2 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, finely chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp finely chopped dill
Bagel crisps, to serve
- Place the prawns, avocado, lime juice and dill in a medium bowl.
- Gently toss to combine.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon mixture into a serving bowl.
- Serve immediately with bagel crisps, if desired.
