Prawn and Dill Guacamole

300g cooked peeled prawns, thinly sliced
2 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, finely chopped
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp finely chopped dill
Bagel crisps, to serve

  • Place the prawns, avocado, lime juice and dill in a medium bowl.
  • Gently toss to combine.
  • Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon mixture into a serving bowl.
  • Serve immediately with bagel crisps, if desired.
