Titans True-Blue Tangy Dip

1 avocado, peeled, seeded, coarsely chopped
60g blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup fat-reduced natural yoghurt
2tsp lemon juice
1 carrot, peeled, cut into batons
2 celery sticks, cut into batons
1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into batons

  • Place the avocado, blue cheese, yoghurt and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Place in a serving bowl. Serve with carrot, celery and cucumber.
Tips
Serve with toasted pita wedges sprinkled with dukkah as a twist.
