Spiral Pasta with Broccoli, Avocado and Bacon

250g of wholemeal or white spiral pasta, cooked
1 cup of broccoli broken into small florets, blanched for 2-3 minutes
1 avocado, pip and seed removed cut into cubes
6 rashes of lean bacon, chopped into small pieces and fried or grilled till crispy
Pepper to season
- Place all the ingredients into a serving bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Serve in individual bowls with a little pepper on top.
