2 slices of bread
1 Avocado
Salt and pepper

  • Place 2 slices of bread into the toaster and brown.
  • Cut an avocado in half and PEEL the skin off.
  • Smear avocado onto the toast.
  • Shake salt and pepper with enthusiasm.
  • Slice toast in half.
  • Enjoy!

I have this for breakfast every other morning :) I also add a bit of sundried tomato and mushroom to add a little flavour
