Avocado and Cheddar Salsa

100g cheddar cheese, finely chopped
2 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, finely chopped
½ cup finely chopped fresh chives
½ cup finely chopped walnuts
Wafer biscuits, to serve
- Place the cheese, avocado, chives and walnuts in a medium bowl.
- Gently toss to combine.
- Taste and season with pepper.
- Spoon into a serving bowl.
- Serve with wafer biscuits, if desired.
Cashews can be used as an alternative to walnuts.
