Avocado and Cheddar Salsa

100g cheddar cheese, finely chopped
2 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, finely chopped
½ cup finely chopped fresh chives
½ cup finely chopped walnuts
Wafer biscuits, to serve

  • Place the cheese, avocado, chives and walnuts in a medium bowl.
  • Gently toss to combine.
  • Taste and season with pepper.
  • Spoon into a serving bowl.
  • Serve with wafer biscuits, if desired.
Tip:
Cashews can be used as an alternative to walnuts.
