Avocado and Tuna Salad Wraps

4 large flour tortilla wraps
1 avocado, peeled, seeded, mashed
425g can tuna in springwater, drained, coarsely flaked
80g mixed salad leaves
- Place the tortillas on a clean work surface. Spread the avocado evenly over each wrap. Top with tuna and salad leaves. Roll firmly to enclose filling. Serve immediately.
Tips: You can use lavash bread wraps or wholemeal pita pockets for an alternative. Or use flavoured tuna for an added kick.
