Avocado Tzatziki and Tomato Toast

200g tzatziki dip
½ avocado, peeled, seeded, finely chopped
4 large slices multigrain bread, toasted
2 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Combine the tzatziki and avocado in a small bowl.
- Spoon evenly among the toast slices and gently spread with the back of the spoon.
- Top with tomato slices and serve immediately.
Tips: Use beetroot tzatziki or hommus for a flavour change.
