Avo-Coco Ice Cream

Prep Time: 10 minutes + time to freeze

2 avocados
½ cup Sugar
1 ½ cups Milk
1 cup coconut cream
Squeeze of lemon

  • Puree all ingredients in blender or processor until smooth.
  • Pour into bowl or tray and freeze until set.
  • Scoop onto serving plates or into bowls.
