Berry Jelly with Avocado Cream

1 sachet of berry jelly crystals
1 cups boiling water
50g blueberries
100g raspberries
1 avocado, pip and seed removed
200ml of full cream yoghurt
1 tbsp. honey
- Dissolve the jelly crystal in in warm water. Pour into individual small ramekins and let set in a fridge for an hour.
- Add all the berries and place back into the fridge for 2-3 hours or till set.
- In a bowl mix the avocado and yoghurt and honey till smooth.
- Serve the jelly with a large spoon full of the avocado cream on top.
