Healthy Tuna and Avocado Dip

100 gram tuna in spring water
2 tbsp of low-fat plain yoghurt
1 avocado, spin and pip removed
4 tbsp of fresh mixed herds (parsley, coriander, basil)
1 small tomato, chopped into small squares
1 squeezed of lemon or lime juice

Utensils:
Mixing bowl
Sharp knife
Lemon squeezer
Measuring spoons
Serving plate/bowl

  • In a mixing bowl place the tuna, yoghurt, avocado and mix thoroughly. Add all the remaining ingredients.
  • Serve with a selection of vegetable sticks or on top of a salad, jacked potato or filling for a sandwich.
  • It can also be made and store for 4-5 day in an airtight contained on the fridge.
