Honey Mustard Guacamole

2 ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp honey
Reduced-fat beef chipolata sausages, to serve
- Place the avocado in a medium bowl.
- Use a fork to mash until smooth.
- Add the mustard and honey and stir to combine.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the guacamole into a serving bowl.
- Serve with chipolata sausages, if desired.
