Half wholemeal English Muffin
Tomato paste or tomato sauce
1 avocado
Capsicum, diced (as much as desired)
Sliced cherry tomatoes (as much as desired)
Sliced mushrooms (as much as desired)
Grated cheese for melting at the end (as much as desired)

  • Arrange your own funny face on a toasted half wholemeal English muffin.
  • Spread with tomato paste or tomato sauce then mashed avocado.
  • Use diced capsicum, sliced cherry tomatoes, sliced mushrooms and grated cheese to create eyes, mouth, nose, ears and hair.
  • Optional: Place under the griller briefly to warm the toppings and melt the cheese.
