Tigers Try-Time Tacos

Cook Time: 10 minutes

500g lean beef mince
30g pkt taco seasoning
8 medium burrito tortillas
1 avocado, peeled, seeded, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup mild taco sauce

  • Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. Add the beef mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps for 5 minutes or until mince changes colour and is cooked through. Add the taco seasoning and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until well combined. Remove from heat. 
  • Place the tortillas on a clean work surface. Spoon the beef mixture evenly among tortillas. Top with avocado and taco sauce. Roll to enclose filling.
  • Return clean frying pan to high heat. Add tacos and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crisp. Serve immediately.
