Toasted Green Eggy fingers (For Ages 1yr - 3yrs)

4 slices of wholemeal bread
2 hardboiled eggs
1 avocado
1 teaspoon of mayonnaise

  • Toast 4 slices of wholemeal bread.
  • Mix together till smooth: 2 hardboiled eggs (shell removed and mashed), 1 avocado (skin and peel removed, mashed), 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise.
  • Spread 2 slices of toast with 4 tablespoon of the avocado/egg mixture on each slice.
  • Top with the other slice of toast and cut into three fingers.
  • Delicious as a snack, breakfast or lunch.
