Ripe - August 2009

01 August 2009

It is that time of the year where everyone is trying to fight the 'winter' bulge! Therefore, with the help of Zoe the team at Australian avocados has put together a feature article based around keeping a healthy weight in winter! The article mentions a weight loss diet plan and also includes a healthy recipe using fish and avocados.

Hope you enjoy reading and don't forget to have a look at our 'Talk to An Expert' section - a space for you to get into direct contact with avocado, nutrition and other experts across different lifestyle areas. At the moment you can share tips and swap avocado growing stories with Australian Avocados CEO Antony Allen and other website members.
