Zoe Bingley-Pullin
Nutritionist and chef
Founder of Nutritional Edge, Zoe Bingley-Pullin, has long
been passionate about the food in our lives. A nutritionist
(Diploma of Nutrition, Sydney) and internationally trained chef
(Le Cordon Bleu School, London), Zoe helps people embrace
the benefits of food through education and understanding.
Zoe worked in the South of France showing clients the
culinary delights of the area.
Zoe is an experienced speaker having run workshops for
Henry Davis York, Marie Claire, Clinique, Freehills, George
Patterson Bates, Unilever, The Westin Hotel, Capgemini,
NSW Bar Association, Ultraceuticals, L'Oreal's Biotherm's
Aquasource range and BNP PARIBAS, to name a few.
Zoe's thriving consultancy business helps the likes of HAL as the Avocado spokesperson. She also works with IGEA Body Trim, Salad Works Eat Fit Food and Health Vending to tailor there business to a more nutritionally marketable product. Zoe is also the ambassador to the Hilton Hotel new Hilton Health Retreat.
Zoe's latest venture is writing for the new Fitness First
magazine and Cleo magazine, taking about the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. Zoe is also
regularly quoted in Madison, Ok Magazine, Marie Claire and Harper's BAZAAR magazine, to name a
few.
Zoe has recently written her first book called Eat Taste Nourish published by New Holland. The book
is on nutrition, lifestyle and cooking. It focuses on functional nutrition information and fantastically
delicious and healthy food made the easy way.
Zoe has a blooming television career having worked on Channel 9's Fresh Cooking, regular guest
spot as an expert on ACA, The Morning Show and was the Myzone Sports Water spokesperson on
the Fitness First Lifestyle Channel. Proving versatility is Zoe's strength.
Zoe’s latest venture is her healthy cooking school, which is run at About Life health food store in
Rozelle. It will help wet your appetite and get you excited about cooking healthy food.
Zoe's passion for the industry means she's always looking for fresh ways to educate people about
the importance of their nutrition.
