Mackays Marketing was established in 2001 and has developed key strategic partnerships with major Australian retailers and leading supply chain partners, supplying Shepard, Maluma and Hass avocados, as well as bananas and papaya. The Mackay family has been farming in Far North Queensland since 1945 and now encompasses 4 generations of Mackays, 7 crops and around 550 staff. With additional farming family support from diverse growing locations across Tully, Innisfail, Mareeba, Lakeland and Bundaberg as well as Mackay’s investment in ripening facilities nationally, the business delivers full transparency and control over the supply chain. Mackays Marketing remains true to its family ownership and focuses on supplying high quality produce to consumers.
